Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in .NET development.
- Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and other related technologies.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with database systems such as SQL Server.

After shortlisting the best candidates, we contact every Candidate for the first interview. Usually, we conduct the first interview on zoom, so it should be easy for candidates to participate and spend their time for the first interview. We always try to give a chance to every Candidate who applies for the job if they are reasonable for our JDs.
Prepare For
Technical Interview
Based on the first interview, we shortlist candidates most appropriate for our position. Then, we take 2nd interview on-site. Our technical resources handle this interview and try to find the best Candidate for our position.
Accept Offer letter
(If You Are Shortlisted)
Based on the first and second interviews, we select the most favorable Candidate for our position and discuss all our company policies and career opportunities with MERN IT Solution. Finally, we give an offer letter to our selected Candidate. And they accept it.
Welcome Onboard
We welcome our Candidate at MERN IT Solution with a beautiful welcome gift. First, we give a brief introduction to company policies. Our newly joined Candidate spent his first day introducing other employees to MERN IT Solution and providing them with his new laptop and other accessories.
